Using the tools
EasyVideoConverter is free to use for personal and commercial work within the limits shown on each tool. You may only upload videos you own or have permission to process. Don’t upload material that is illegal, or that infringes someone else’s rights.
Fair use
To keep the service available to everyone, uploads are limited in size, length and number per hour. Automated or bulk use, or attempts to get around these limits, is not allowed and may be blocked.
Your files
You keep all rights to your videos. We process them only to produce the result you asked for and delete them as described in the privacy policy. Download your result promptly: it is deleted after 60 minutes and can’t be recovered.
No warranty
The tools are provided as they are. We work to make them reliable and every result is checked automatically, but we can’t guarantee that a result will suit your purpose, or that the service will always be available. Keep your original files.
Liability
As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect losses or for loss of data that results from using the service.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by French law. The publisher of the site is identified in the legal notice.
